Nestled in a discrete corner of The Forum shopping centre, Kaiseki Yoshiyuki is set to redefine the high-end Japanese dining experience in Singapore. Beginning with the freshest natural ingredients, Chef Yoshiyuki Kashiwabara looks to create the perfect balance of taste, texture and presentation to create the true experience of Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, alongside Tomi No Oka wines that originates from Yamanashi in Japan.

Yamanashi-based Suntory Tomi no Oka winery entered into Singapore’s wine market last year and had received many favourable response from wine connoisseurs. The citrus notes of Tomi no Oka’s wines, which are made from Koshu grapes, pair well with the delicate flavours of Japanese fare served at Kaiseki Yoshiyuki.
