With its live show kitchens and international flair, the multi-concept dining and wining venue remains committed to sourcing environmentally-sustainable food and beverage options to give discerning consumers access to fresh, flavourful and ethical menu options.

Already pouring one of Singapore’s best martini line-ups, martini bar’s seven new martinis are crafted to surprise fervent martini lovers with distinctive and fun flavours such as the gummy bear martini, the apple truffle martini, bloodyrita, blueberry citrus, and special new martinis of the month.

martini bar’s new food menu has also been created to complement the new martinis, including the delicious Padrón peppers, truffled Camembert de Normandie, and premium Wagyu bresaola. An edgy new interior at the martini bar completes the drinking experience with its understated elegance and a nostalgic ambience.

Following the success of its martini bar, mezza9 has unveiled a brand new bar – the party room – that promises to please even the most adventurous with more than 60 different premium gins from around the world, including Asia’s first craft gin Paper Lantern, and the multi award-winning Martin Miller’s Westbourne Strength Gin.

Featuring spacious seating, stylish ambience, and hand-woven Peranakan fabric decor, the party room is the ideal address to unwind over artisan gins in a warm and residential atmosphere. Head bartenders will also be on hand to craft the perfect negroni gin on demand, and personalise bespoke gin and tonic combinations for those who want to adventure beyond signature cocktails.
