Chef Yoshiyuki Kashiwabara

Previously a personal chef to ambassadors based in Singapore and San Francisco, Chef Yoshiyuki Kashiwabara was honoured as an Excellent Chef of Diplomatic Missions by the Japanese Foreign Service. His formative years of development were spent at the respected Kyoryori Hosoi in Saitama prefecture, where he joined as a trainee and eventually rose up the ranks to lead the kitchen team. Using only the finest natural and seasonal ingredients, Chef Yoshiyuki is dedicated to his mastery and aims to balance taste, texture and presentation, hallmarks of one kaiseki cuisine – of the highest culinary art forms.
