With a passion to share his culinary joys beyond Japanese shore, Chef Hirohashi Nobuaki took a step further to foray into Singapore and helm the kitchen of Ushidoki Wagyu Kaiseki. Ushidoki inserted new and exciting flavours in the Japanese food scene on our sunny island when it opened its doors in 2015. Located at Tras Street, the Wagyu centric Japanese restaurant is enveloped by ambient lighting and different textures of neutral tones that sets the mood for a cosy evening. Look forward to have a “Tongue to Tail” experience in the whole Wagyu course menu that uses Ozaki beef from Miyazaki Prefecture. Ranging from Ozaki Beef Yukke sushi, Beef Tartare, Beef Tataki to Grilled Beef, you will have a complete beef experience, complete with the fine wines of Elderton.
